Christina Bevin’s Astounding Performance in Project Management

Christina Bevin is a certified Project Services Manager. She has a vast experience in project controls, procurement, contract, commercial and administration services in the resource and construction fields. She is well known for her astounding professional practice, work ethics, problem-solving techniques, and her passion for meeting and surpassing her clients’ expectations.

Christina Bevin began as a Project Controls Manager at the consulting level in March 2006. She worked with many companies where she provided specialist controls, commercial, and audit expertise. She reviewed commercial procedures and provided professional recommendations.

At Chelopech Mining EAD, Christina was the Project Controls Manager between August 2007 and December 2009. She managed all contracts with a team of nine people. Christina guided and trained staff in matters of cost, contracts and change management control.

Christina Bevin worked at Oakajee Port and Rail from January 2010 as the Project Services Manager. She later held a similar role at Universal Energy Services for three years since May 2011. Her role was to provide consultation for several firms in the energy sector. After reviewing the company’s project implementation process, she revised it to include some updates in design and process flow. She developed budget requests and formulated management schedules. She also audited and supervised the initiation, commissioning and construction of various projects.

She later rendered Project Control services to Phu Bia Mining from May 2014 to August 2015.  She integrated all projects control functions such as cost and schedule, change management, cost administration, document control, quality, governance and executive support.

Her latest input as a Project Specialist is evident in her role as the Project Manager for Water NSW. Since August 2015, she has been the major consultant in Workplace Health and Safety processes. She also controls CS Energy (Queensland) in their Kogan Creek Power Station Overhaul. She is a subcontractor and is in charge of operational interface and coordination.

Christina offers estimate analysis and project review for the $700M Greenfields Coal project in Queensland. She is also very proficient in Forensic Claim Review for major hospital redevelopment.
