All you need is a freezer, one cup of cacao powder, one fourth cup of carob powder, one fourth cup of maple syrup, one fourth or one half cup of cashew butter, one fourth or one half cup of coconut oil and one teaspoon of alcohol free vanilla to make the vegan chocolate recipe from Markus Rothkranz. Mix all of these ingredients together in a bowl.
To make chocolate dipped strawberries, you can dip the berries into the chocolate now. Set the chocolate dipped strawberries onto a plate. Allow them to sit in a freezer for about ten to twenty minutes. You don’t want them to be in the freezer for longer than that or they will freeze.
To make marzipan you just have to combine one and a half cups of finely group almonds and three tablespoons of maple syrup. You can then make little round ovals of the marzipan mix onto the chocolate. You can allow the marzipan to be exposed or you can pour more chocolate over the marzipan to cover it up. You can place peanut butter or other butter into one of those chocolate cups to make something similar to Reese’s peanut butter cups. Place the marzipan or butter cups into the freezer for ten to twenty minutes or longer until it hardens. Take them out of the freezer and you can enjoy.
The recipe is quick, so easy and really doesn’t call for that many ingredients. You can easily make them right after dinner for a dessert.
